we have not heard from the management of the company since we reported the problem of inability to use purchased product - simmax chips and writers.

I hope you want us or others to continue to purchase your products.

Then you better answer or give us answers to our problems. we do not know what else to do and the products are lying idle: both the simmax chips [16-in-1 ] and writers.

we ordered these product since APRIL 2009. Our earlier transactions is described as; Order Reference No.: B2C – Support 5178, Purchasing order №: 5178, Shipment Ref No.: 290849497, Date of Transaction: 27 April 2009 and Date of Shipment: 27th May 2009.

We also sent to you some samples of GSM SIM CARDS FROM GHANA to be written for us. That was not done but rather demanded for extra MONEY. What a MAFIA MOVE?
