If there are any problems or complications with the product, please contact us first and we will try to find a solution together. As our experience shows, often many problems disappear after a short conversation and explanation how the thing works.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Items that are opened, used or partly used will receive a partial refund. All returns are for credit only and must be made within fifteen (14) days after the invoice date. We reserve the right to charge a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee.
Enclose everything originally received, including all manuals and related materials. Place the packaged product in a protective outer box. We must receive all original products in order to process your return or exchange. We are not responsible for products that are damaged due to poor packaging, defaced packaging, or lost shipments. Products must be returned 100% complete, including all components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.
